David is a BPO Program Manager in Global Supply Chain Operations at Houghton Mifflin Harcourt. He is a 20 year veteran of Technology and Operations Management. He has spent the last 12 years in complex, matrix-managed, and PMO-centric organizational structures. During his career, he has been a Business Analyst, Project Manager, IT Solutions Manager, and Program Manager with Enterpise-level responsibilities. David co-managed Business Analyst Professional Development for over 5 years at SunTrust Bank, during a time of tremendous change, that introduced Career Roadmaps, Centers of Excellence, Skill Mentoring, BA Training Curriculums. and new Requirements Tools. David is passionate about leading technical teams and keenly aware of the great value delivered by Business Analysts every day.
