The Presenters
Robert Ervin (VP, Professional Development)

Robert is a Senior IT Business Analyst for CHEP, a global leader in managed, returnable and reusable packaging solutions, serving many of the world's largest companies in sectors such as consumer goods, fresh produce, beverage and automotive.  Robert has been with CHEP for 10 years where he has found a passion within business analysis.  A "native" Floridian, born in Ft. Lauderdale, Robert has a deep love for the Florida community (and his fellow Knights at the University of Central Florida).  In October 2014 he earned his CBAP® and currently is the VP of Professional Development for his IIBA® Central Florida Chapter.  Robert enjoys the challenge of converting opportunity into value, and finds happiness when sharing experiences with others around the globe.

Beth Kennedy (VP, Membership)

Beth has been a board member in the VP Membership position for the past year for the Central Florida IIBA Chapter. She has been a Sr. Business Analyst for the past 12 years, the past four of which have been working for Ciber on the Disney account leading the business analysis efforts for a multi-million-dollar food & beverage supply chain program. Previously she worked for Darden Restaurants where she supported the Olive Garden Marketing Services team manage requirements for printed and digital menu production.

Jamal Ellis (VP, Marketing)
Jamal is our VP of Marketing and a consultant with North Highland, a global consulting firm with a proven record of enabling great returns on their clients’ investment. His experience includes traditional and agile project delivery through business analysis and project management capabilities. He is currently pursuing his CBAP certification
