This session delivers insights for business analysis practitioners of all levels to further develop and expand their BA abilities, increase the value they provide and advance their career. BA teams and managers will learn how to leverage their collective skills to raise the quality of services they provide to the organization they support. Whether you’re a new BA, a senior BA, manage BAs or are interested in a BA career, you’re sure to leave with a plan in-hand for developing your (or your team’s) business analysis muscle.
Diana Cagle, IT and Management Consultant with the North Highland Company, has spent over 16 years providing services in business analysis, process improvement, organizational management and software development across a variety of industries including hospitality, entertainment, education, healthcare, real estate, postal services and defense. Diana is passionate about professionalizing the business analyst role. She is a founding board member of the IIBA® Central Florida Chapter and held the offices of Vice President, Professional Development and President. She was among the first group of business analysts to receive the CBAP® designation in November 2006 and served as a practitioner reviewer for the BABOK® 2.0.
