IIBA Central Florida Monthly Chapter Meeting
Thursday, March 21st, 2013, 6:30pm

Non-Functional Requirements
speaker: Keith Nolen, North Highland Consulting

Business analysis is all about requirements. But specifying what a solution does has little value if we don't know how well it is supposed to do it. This is where non-functional requirements -- also called quality requirements, constraints, or non-behavioral requirements -- can make a difference.

NFRs are often neglected, misunderstood, or ignored. Even when they are given the attention they deserve, many professionals struggle to document and define them. Join Keith Nolen as he discusses how to create good NFRs, and how they are key to driving the value of any solution and making your project a success!

He does this by leveraging his skills as a business analyst, enterprise analyst, software development process management and quality control expert, and professional writer and speaker.
