Diana Cagle

Diana Cagle, MBA CBAP, has spent over 16 years in business analysis, process improvement, organizational change management and software development across a variety of industries. Diana is passionate about professionalizing the business analyst role and helping BAs improve their skills through speaking engagements, coaching and mentoring. She is a founding board member of the IIBA® Central Florida Chapter and held the offices of Vice President, Professional Development and President. She was among the first group of business analysts to receive the CBAP® designation in November 2006, served as a practitioner reviewer for the BABOK® Version 2.0 and is a member of the BABOK® Version 3 review team.
